Specials are awesome like the Laredo plate, super filling. Place is so cute, reminds me of Mexico. 1 min walk from my new apartment and dog friendly which is a plus! Definitely coming back

If you're looking for authentic Tex-Mex food look no further than Tia's. The food is absolutely, delicious and the service has been incredible. Their flour tortillas are amazing! Fresh and soft.

Got here right before closing time and had some lunch. Chips Con Salsa & Yummy Aqua De Horchata too Wonderful place with Vibrant Mexican Decorations filling the place. Delicious Mini-Tacos plate with some Tasty Charro Bean's Very spacious little restaurant with plenty of parking plus a drive-thru too.... So whether you are dining in or drive-thru or takeout.....they gotcha covered

This was a very good visit to a new restaurant for breakfast. I had tacos which were huge, stuffed and really good for only1.99. The other plates looked great as well (photo) with plenty of food. The service was very friendly and on top of filling my cup with more coffee (really small coffee mugs). I'll be sure to visit each time I come back to San Antonio.

Second time there. Last time the service was great. The waitress was very patient with my indecisiveness and was prompt and friendly. I will say that the food, especially for the price point, is spot on. Daily specials include a tea for 7.99. You can't find that around the downtown area whatsoever. Last time, we got a small order of the supreme nachos with picadillo. Holy Hades, those potatoes in the beef picadillo were just right. Some places don't cook them through correctly, and it's always a letdown when it happens. Not here. My wife loved the tripa tacos. Monterey Chicken had an excessive amount of onions on top so I swapped plates with my wife so could have my enchiladas Verdes plate. If you're not a fan of sourcream, ask for it on the side maybe. It's also a large portion.

The young lady Salma is always very nice and professional when I order to go. I've never eaten there so can't comment on the table service but she's awesome! For the record though when I walk into the restaurant all the servers say good morning to me so I'm not agreeing with the some of these comments about the service.

A festive, art filled, intimate environment that serves food like familia would, simply made with love. Service was great along with guidance and a smile while seated.
